I-TEK’s ultra high-resolution area scan cameras, exceeding 100MP, are purpose-built for applications demanding extreme image detail, ultra-large fields of view, and uncompromised stability. These models support CoaXPress and Camera Link interfaces, ensuring reliable high-bandwidth data transmission in advanced industrial vision systems. Equipped primarily with Rolling Shutter CMOS sensors, the cameras offer pixel sizes ranging from 1.5 μm to 3.8 μm, achieving maximum frame rates up to 25 fps. To ensure long-term stability and low noise performance, all models are integrated with TEC systems—making them suitable for continuous high-resolution capture in demanding environments. I-TEK’s proprietary Pixel Shifting Technology allows users to push beyond the native sensor resolution, reaching a staggering maximum effective resolution of 1359MP. This enables ultra-fine image reconstruction for applications such as large-format surface inspection, archival digitization, cultural preservation, and ultra-high-precision defect detection. Standard image processing features including FFC, LUT, ROI and White Balance are fully supported, ensuring consistent and tunable output quality across a wide range of scenarios.
